Modifications and Interruption to Service(s):

Backyard Dream Supply, LLC, reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Service(s) with or without notice to any Member. Backyard Dream Supply, LLC shall not be liable to any Member or any third party should Backyard Dream Supply, LLC exercise its right to modify or discontinue any Products or Service(s). Member acknowledges and accepts that Backyard Dream Supply, LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Product Responsibility:

Client agrees to take full responsibility of the product once it arrives at their delivered location and/or once they leave the Backyard Dream Supply location.

Unpackaged Product: 

Client understands that unpackaged items may have slight imperfections, however the quality and durability of the product will remain in tack.
